Even this account is suspect due to a possible transcription error.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/whiteravens.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/aethelberht-1-coins1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-139\" alt=\"aethelberht 1 coins\" src=\"https:\/\/whiteravens.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/aethelberht-1-coins1.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whiteravens.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/aethelberht-1-coins1.jpg 450w, https:\/\/whiteravens.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/aethelberht-1-coins1-300x142.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As of 2013, there has been only one coin found bearing the name of \u00c6\u00feelberht I.\u00a0It wasn&#8217;t until 1992 that a coin was found at Burrow Hill, Butley, Suffolk bearing the name \u00c6\u00feelberht, among others minted by Beonna.
